He said so.

"Though this nation has proudly thought of itself as an ethnic melting pot, in things racial we have always been and continue to be, in too many ways, essentially a nation of cowards."
Cowards?
COWARDS?!?
With all due respect (and right now you are due none at all), Mr. Attorney General, who the hell are you to tell me that I'm a coward?
You know, before today, I didn't even know that Eric Holder was black. I had absolutely no idea until I saw this video when Michael Graham posted it on his blog. Personally, I don't care what color he is. I don't care what color or race or religion anyone is. What matters to me is who they are as people!
Isn't that what Dr. King dreamed of? For people to be judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin? Isn't that what our society is supposed to evolve to?
How can we with people like Attorney General Holder standing in our way?
If I judge Eric Holder by the content of his character, then I'm left with with the correct impression that our new Attorney General is an asshole.
The people who always insist we talk about race in this country are the people who aid and abet racism more often than not. As of today, Eric Holder is no better than any of them in my book.
