He is former U.S. Marine and New Hampshire State Senator Joe Kenney. He is running against the very popular Democrat incumbent, John Lynch. The problem is, you'd never know it. Kenney hasn't been seen...anywhere.
Sadly, as decent a Governor as Joe Kenney might be if elected, he's about to make Bob Dole look like William the Conquerer.
