Simple...he helped them do it.
Paul has been the subject of reports by ABC News and FOX News, among others. He organized and produced a fundraiser for Hill in August of 2000 billed as "The Hollywood Gala Salute to President William Jefferson Clinton." It was nothing more than a vehicle to pump money into Voldemort's campaign for the U.S. Senate.
...and Paul says has the cancelled checks and documentation to prove it.
