Civil rights activist and NAACP Chairman Julian Bond delivered a blistering partisan speech at Fayetteville State University in North Carolina last night, equating the Republican Party with the Nazi Party and characterizing Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and her predecessor, Colin Powell, as "tokens."
"The Republican Party would have the American flag and the swastika flying side by side," he charged.
Julian Bond is a pathetic jackass.
Yeah, I know that's negative and not very nice to say, but you know what? I really don't care. I'm tired of reverse racists like Julian Bond opening their mouths. The Julian Bonds of the world talk about fighting discrimination and equality, when that's not even close to what they believe in. "Civil rights activist?" Yeah...as if. The only discrimination that Julian Bond is interested in is that which he practices against anyone who chooses to call themselves a Republican.
Julian Bond is an embarassment--as a "civil rights activist" and as a human being. It's disgusting to me that people like Julian Bond do more to set back the cause of civil rights than they ever do to advance it.
Julian Bond is a bigot, plain and simple.
